Directions:

From North East England:

Follow the A68 to Edinburgh then follow the M90 North. At Perth take the A9 and drive towards Inverness. Follow signs for Inverness Airport.

From North West England:

Take the M6 North towards Carlisle. Bear onto the A74(M) to join the M74 to Glasgow.

From Glasgow:

Take the M80 North joining the M9 onto the A9 towards Inverness. From Inverness, follow signs for A96 to Inverness Airport.

Both are within walking distance of the terminal, so there is no need for transfers. Both are protected by 24-hour CCTV, a fence and an entry barrier, and are regularly patrolled by security guards.

Inverness Airport Long Stay Car Park transfers

Within walking distance of the airport terminal. However customers should note the Long Stay car park is located some 600m from the terminal entrance and no shuttle service is provided.

Disabled facilities: Disabled customers who hold a Blue Badge can pay the rates for the Long Stay Car Park, but park in the Short Term Car Park, which is the nearest car park to the terminal. On their return they will be required to hand in their car park ticket and Blue Badge to the information desk in the terminal building, who will then validate their ticket so they can exit the car park.

Arrival and departure procedures

Arrival: Follow the signs right for Short Stay car park. There are two short term car parks provided. Take a ticket from the entry barrier, park your vehicle and retain the ticket. Use the marked walkway to access the terminal building. Access to the terminal forecourt is not permitted.

Departure: When you return from holiday, take your car park entry ticket and your booking confirmation to the information desk in the terminal so your ticket can be validated. You must validate your ticket before you leave. During the winter the terminal is open from 5am to 9.45pm from Monday to Friday, from 5am to 5.30pm on Saturdays and from 10am to 10pm on Sundays. You will not be able to validate your ticket outside these times.
